Udyog Portal પર Registered Manufacturing MSMEsનું Geo-Tagging; Infrastructure Planning અને Government Schemes માટે બનશે Integrated Database

ગુજરાત સરકારે રાજ્યના Manufacturing MSME Sector માટે technology અને data-driven planning તરફ મહત્વનું પગલું ભર્યું છે. રાજ્યના MSME Commissionerate દ્વારા Udyog Portal પર registered manufacturing **Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)**નું GIS-based Geo-Tagging અને Mapping કરવામાં આવશે.
આ સમગ્ર dataને કેન્દ્ર સરકારના PM Gati Shakti Portal સાથે integrate કરવામાં આવશે, જેથી રાજ્યમાં industrial infrastructure planning, policy formulation અને government schemesના implementationને વધુ data-driven બનાવી શકાય. આ project કેન્દ્ર સરકારની Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme હેઠળ અમલમાં મૂકાઈ રહ્યો છે.
શું થશે GIS Mapping?
આ project હેઠળ Gujaratના Udyog Portal પર registered manufacturing MSME unitsની exact geographical location digitally map કરવામાં આવશે.
સરળ ભાષામાં સમજીએ તો, કયા વિસ્તારમાં કેટલા Manufacturing Units છે, તેઓ કયા Industrial Clusterમાં આવેલા છે અને તેમની આસપાસ કઈ પ્રકારની infrastructure facilities ઉપલબ્ધ છે—આવી informationને એક structured digital databaseમાં લાવવામાં આવશે.
આ કામગીરી માટે **Gujarat Info Petro Limited (GIPL)**ને nodal agency તરીકે જવાબદારી સોંપવામાં આવી છે. GIPLના authorised representatives MSME unitsની મુલાકાત લઈને તેમના locationનું Geo-Tagging કરશે અને જરૂરી information collect તથા verify કરશે.
PM Gati Shakti સાથે Data Integration
આ initiativeનો સૌથી મહત્વનો ભાગ છે PM Gati Shakti Portal સાથે Data Integration.
MSME unitsનું location અને સંબંધિત details PM Gati Shaktiના broader infrastructure planning ecosystem સાથે જોડાતા સરકારને industrial developmentનું વધુ systematic picture મળી શકે છે.
આ dataના આધારે:
- નવા Road Connectivityનું planning
- Industrial areas માટે Infrastructure Development
- Logistics facilitiesનું આયોજન
- Electricity અને અન્ય basic infrastructureની જરૂરિયાત
- Industrial Clustersની ઓળખ
- Government Schemesનું targeted implementation
વધુ અસરકારક રીતે plan કરવામાં મદદ મળી શકે છે.
MSME Unitsને GIPL Representativesની મુલાકાત
Projectના ભાગરૂપે GIPLના authorised representatives રાજ્યના અલગ-અલગ વિસ્તારોમાં આવેલા Manufacturing MSME Unitsની મુલાકાત લેશે.
આ દરમિયાન માત્ર locationનું Geo-Tagging જ નહીં, પરંતુ જરૂરી business-related information પણ collect અને verify કરવામાં આવશે.
MSME Commissionerateએ રાજ્યના MSME units અને Industry Associationsને cooperation આપવા અપીલ કરી છે, જેથી mapping exercise યોગ્ય રીતે complete થઈ શકે.
Infrastructure Planningમાં થઈ શકે મોટો ફાયદો
Gujaratમાં અનેક વિસ્તારોમાં MSME અને Manufacturing Unitsનું cluster-based development જોવા મળે છે. પરંતુ દરેક industrial areaની infrastructure requirement એકસરખી હોતી નથી.

પરંતુ કોઈ particular areaમાં કયા પ્રકારની MSME units છે અને તેમની actual requirements શું છે તેની structured information ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તો government supportને વધુ need-based બનાવવામાં મદદ મળી શકે છે.
