CED અને MSME Departmentના ઉપક્રમે Women Entrepreneurshipને મળ્યું પ્રોત્સાહન; Government Schemes, Loan અને Skill Development અંગે ખાસ Guidance

અમદાવાદના Naroda GIDC ખાતે ‘આત્મનિર્ભર ગૃહિણી’ કાર્યક્રમનું સફળતાપૂર્વક આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કાર્યક્રમનો મુખ્ય હેતુ Homemakersને Entrepreneurship તરફ પ્રોત્સાહિત કરી તેમને Economically Independent અને Self-Reliant બનાવવાનો હતો. કાર્યક્રમમાં 400થી વધુ Women Participantsએ હાજરી આપી હતી.
ગુજરાત સરકારના ‘સેવા સંકલ્પ અભિયાન’, ‘Vocal for Local’ અને ‘Ghar Ghar Swadeshi’ જેવા initiativesને આગળ વધારતા આ કાર્યક્રમમાં મહિલાઓને ઘર સંભાળવાની સાથે પોતાની Skills અને Talentને Business Opportunityમાં convert કરવા અંગે માર્ગદર્શન આપવામાં આવ્યું.
CED દ્વારા Entrepreneurship પર ખાસ Focus
આ કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (CED) અને MSME Commissionerateની RAMP Schemeના ઉપક્રમે કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
CEDનો મુખ્ય Focus મહિલાઓ અને અન્ય aspiring entrepreneursને Business Planning, Skill Development, Government Schemes અને Entrepreneurship Opportunities અંગે practical guidance આપવાનો રહ્યો.
કાર્યક્રમમાં મહિલાઓને ખાસ કરીને એ સમજાવવામાં આવ્યું કે Homemaker હોવું અને Entrepreneur બનવું બંને સાથે શક્ય છે.
ઘરેથી શરૂ કરી શકાય તેવા Home-Based Business, Small Manufacturing, Food Products, Handicrafts, Jewellery, Digital Services અને Skill-Based Businesses વિશે પણ ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવી.
Minister અને Senior Officialsની હાજરી
કાર્યક્રમમાં Urban Development Departmentના રાજ્ય કક્ષાના મંત્રી દર્શનાબેન વાઘેલા મુખ્ય અતિથિ તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.
આ ઉપરાંત Narodaના ધારાસભ્ય ડૉ. પાયલબેન કુકરાણી, Industry & Mines Departmentના Additional Chief Secretary મમતા વર્મા (IAS) અને MSME Commissioner ક્ષિપ્રા આગ્રે (IAS) સહિતના મહાનુભાવો ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.
કાર્યક્રમમાં સફળ મહિલા Entrepreneurs દ્વારા પણ પોતાના Business Experiences, Challenges અને Success Journey અંગે Women Participants સાથે વાતચીત કરવામાં આવી.
Government Schemesનો લાભ લેવા મહિલાઓને અપીલ
ધારાસભ્ય ડૉ. પાયલબેન કુકરાણીએ મહિલાઓને Government Schemesનો maximum લાભ લેવા અને મળતી Business Opportunitiesને identify કરીને આગળ વધવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યા.
તેમણે ખાસ કરીને Time Management પર ભાર મૂકતા જણાવ્યું કે મહિલાઓ ઘર અને Business બંનેને યોગ્ય રીતે Manage કરી શકે છે.
તેમણે મહિલાઓને Businessની સાથે સતત New Skills Learn કરવાની અને બદલાતા Market Trends સાથે Update રહેવાની સલાહ આપી.
“Job Seeker નહીં, Job Creator બનવાની દિશામાં આગળ વધો”
મંત્રી દર્શાનાબેન વાઘેલાએ મહિલાઓને Skill Development અને Entrepreneurship તરફ આગળ વધવા માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યા.
તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે ઓછું formal education ધરાવતી મહિલાઓ માટે પણ વિવિધ Skill Development Centres અને Government Support Systems ઉપલબ્ધ છે.
મહિલાઓ માત્ર Job Opportunities પર depend ન રહે, પરંતુ Government Schemes, Training અને Financial Supportનો લાભ લઈને પોતાનું Independent Work અથવા Business શરૂ કરી શકે અને અન્ય મહિલાઓ માટે પણ Employment Opportunities create કરી શકે તેવો સંદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો.
Green Entrepreneurshipથી Sunrise Sectors સુધી
કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન આગામી સમયમાં યોજાનારા વિવિધ programmes અંગે પણ માહિતી આપવામાં આવી.

જેવા ક્ષેત્રોનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.
આ initiatives દ્વારા Gujaratમાં નવા Entrepreneurs માટે emerging sectorsમાં Business Opportunities ઊભી કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે.
AIથી Digital Marketing સુધી CEDના Special Courses
CED દ્વારા નવા Business શરૂ કરવા ઇચ્છતા લોકો તેમજ Existing Businessને expand કરવા માંગતા Entrepreneurs માટે વિવિધ Customized Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (EDP) ચલાવવામાં આવે છે.
આ Training Programmesમાં આજના સમયના Demand-Based અને Emerging Fieldsને પણ સામેલ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.

Skill-Based Coursesમાં પણ અનેક Options
CED દ્વારા માત્ર Technology અને Industry-based courses જ નહીં પરંતુ Skill-Based Entrepreneurship માટે પણ વિવિધ courses ચલાવવામાં આવે છે.

આ પ્રકારની Skills શીખીને મહિલાઓ Home-Based Business Modelથી પોતાની Entrepreneurship Journey શરૂ કરી શકે છે.
Training પછી Hand-Holding Support
Entrepreneurshipમાં માત્ર Training પૂરતી નથી. Business શરૂ કર્યા પછી પણ Market, Finance, Marketing, Customers અને Operations જેવા અનેક challenges આવે છે.
આ બાબતને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને CED દ્વારા Post-Training Hand-Holding Support જેવી initiatives પણ ચલાવવામાં આવે છે.
આ ઉપરાંત industries માટે Human Resource Development Programmes અને entrepreneurs માટે Second Generation Programmes જેવા initiatives દ્વારા Business Growthને support કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરવામાં આવે છે.
400થી વધુ Women Participantsની હાજરી
આ કાર્યક્રમમાં 400થી વધુ Participantsએ હાજરી આપી હતી. મહિલાઓએ Entrepreneurship, Government Schemes, Loans, Skill Development અને Business Opportunities અંગે માહિતી મેળવી.
કાર્યક્રમનો overall message સ્પષ્ટ રહ્યો:
“ઘર સંભાળતી મહિલા હવે પોતાની Skillથી Business પણ શરૂ કરી શકે છે.”

‘આત્મનિર્ભર ગૃહિણી’ જેવી initiativeનું મહત્વ માત્ર Women Empowerment સુધી સીમિત નથી. તે Skill Development + Entrepreneurship + Economic Independenceને એકસાથે જોડે છે.
